Since it gets dark so much earlier now, I totally put my kids to bed earlier! That way, my husband and I have our quality time together every night!

My husband and I do little things during the day, like sending text messages to each other, give each other back massages, my husband will help me cook dinner and/or clean up the kitchen afterward, or just cuddle up with a blanket on the couch at night while watching our favorite television shows.

We like to take turns making a Sunday the other person's day. For example- on HIS Sunday he can take as many naps as he wants, I'll do his laundry for him and serve him dinner. On MY Sunday we might do a little flea market shopping or he'll try one of my crafty endeavors with me and I get taken out to lunch or made a nice dessert!

We have "no cook night" once per week during the season. DH brings home takeout or subs and it makes the whole evening easier. Those nights tend to have less stress and more romance :)
